I am sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, but the See Click Fix link is designed for resolvable issues with in a spacific period of time. I would rather not use this method as a tool for an obligated form of contact. I have given you Seans direct line for this reason, and if it helps, my direct line is 707-648-4581. Sean has advised me that he has made several attempts to contact you regarding this issue at hand, and has left messages as well.I can tell you that he is aware of the situation, and is looking into possible irrigation changes, along with possible plant replacement choices. WHEN this issue starts to get resolved, it will, with out a doubt,be in very small sections at a time. We do not have any where near the funding that it would take to replace all of the lost plant material, all at one time. It will also not be initiated untill spring time. The irrigation controllers have been shut down for the winter......Please use the numbers I have supplied to you for future contacting, as it will allow me to stay on an already existing productively successful track of the See Click Fix link.
