In the mean time, a Code Enforcement Officer has been assigned to inspect the possible violations. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved. Shopping carts & garbage noted east of Food Basket store on Sereno Drive along railroad tracks... On perimeter of Woodside Tract. Since I don't leave shopping carts behind stores I have no idea who owns them. Ask the people who leVE THEM!!
