Shopping carts left by railroad tracks off Sereno Drive adjacent to Kaiser Hospital & gas station. A block up from Broadway!! Don't say this is the railroads responsibility please!!

Still waiting for action to be taken, in the meantime garbage & litter strewn all around. Becoming a gathering spot for homeless. Same issue in parking lot of Fruit Basket Please act on this!
