This ENTIRE block is covered with dog, cat and human feces. It is a health hazard, especially for those elderly folks living in the Towers. The owners of this facility are not covering basic maintenance needs for the entire block. Trees are overgrown, blocking walking traffic on Sacramento. Pine needles are not being removed, leading to deep piles of feces and plant matter. There is trash scattered in the bushes that has been there for months. There is an additional "poop pile" between the buildings and Georgia street, to the East of the Bank building. The ENTIRE BLOCK is a health hazard, plain and simple and the owners need to be fined for their lack of concern for the citizens of Vallejo.
