Now that they are in the LMD, what will the city do for the property owners? Do we call the police to remove them from our private property that we pay property taxes as well as LMD fees to the city?

Day or night, we should all drive by and blow our horns on Woodvale St. and make it miserable for these creatures who have invaded our quiet neighborhood. I'm very sorry for the disturbance this will cause the adjacent neighbors, but if we all do this consistently and persistently, maybe we can get them to leave on their own. Thoughts?

Step one; Martial Law. Step two: round these people up by force if necessary, and removed to a secure location where they can be identified and screened for Alcohol abuse, and or drug abuse, criminal warrants and mental issues. The others who just like the life style can then go to DEBTERS prison, or get a job. Enough bule state coddling.

This vertical is out of date registration. I have spoken to the residents that are living in this vehicle. They say the brakes don't work and they don't have money to fix them or register the vehicle. The only rights the police have to remove a homeless person from city or state owned land is for unregistered tags. So please remove them. Thank you COV.

We truly have DO NOTHING city and state politicians, who COULD take the steps I outlined, but are totally gutless and in cahoots with their cowardly City Attorneys who only want to keep collecting their overpaid checks.

Totally unsanitary conditions and fire hazard. There is trash and junk everywhere, plus toxic spills. Where are these people relieving themselves? How are they cooking? How long before they set the low tree branches on fire and that fire sweeps up Woodson Way and Hale Streets, wiping out all our homes?

I got an email telling me to comment in here if this ticket has not been resolved. It’s been well over 60 days at this point and now the problem is even worse. There are multiple vehicles, including the bus and they are not leaving.

Contact the police, mayor and City Council to get this resolved quickly. Can the County Health Department do anything about this?

The mayor and city council don’t even respond to me anymore. And when they used to, they only gave me their standard “we’re doing the best we can” answers. I’ll look into the health department.. good idea!

Time to pepper spray these creatures.

This camp is growing. Multiple vehicles people are living in and a mess around the vehicles. People living in the Emersive Learnings bus. A stolen uhaul truck people are living in. A dog locked up in the truck day and night not good for him. Sometimes gets out and attacks people. Neighbors feel scared and uncomfortable walking by. We need our Neighborhood back. Please remove them.

The Vallejo Times Herald might be interested in this story. The Vice Mayor is the Council representative for District 1 that covers the Woodridge Subdivision including Woodvale Court. Being a council member is more than going to ribbon cuttings; campaign events and showing your face in public. Now she is on the campaign trail for congress or some other office that will cause her to neglect her duties to the citizens she represents in east Vallejo.
Code enforcement is a joke. It took over a year for them to take care of an issue on Curtis Drive.

If the Vallejo Times Herald doesn’t address this situation contact the local tv news station’s.

Please call the District 1 Council Member/Vice Mayor that represents east Vallejo including Woodvale Court to resolve the heinous situation in the neighborhood. The office phone number to call is below the photo.

If you file a complaint directly with Code Enforcement you should receive a letter from them with a case number and a way to track the progress if they don’t pass the buck to another department.

Call Animal Control regarding the dogs roaming freely and the dog locked up in a vehicle.

Call or email the City of Vallejo Traffic Division for expired tags. They will tow the vehicle if they do their duty.
They say they are short staffed and have one cadet checking out the situations.

Correction: Rozzana Verder-Aliga is running for State Senator District 3; not Congress.
She is currently a member of the Code Enforcement Appeals Board among about 2O other organizations that take time away from her duties to the Citizens of District 1 in Vallejo.

Oh my goodness! How is this truck still here? I submitted a ticket for this in May 2023.

My case was bounced around for a year from the street department to code enforcement and finally to the planning department that took care of the problem. I received a letter from the planning department that they are not in the loop
with see click fix and you need to contact the planning department directly.
Call them with your explanation and they will advise you if they take care of your issues or who to contact.

Did anyone contact Animal Control per my contact information with the Sheriffs department?

I got another message that said to comment in here because this post is over 90 days. Oh the planning department?? Ok. I know I saw animal control there a while back but I’m not sure what came of it. Every time I drive by this area, the truck looks abandoned and the license plate tags are expired.

I emailed animal control a few weeks ago when dog was sitting in the rain. Brought it food and a dog bed put under the tree. I haven't seen the dog since. Maybe they took him. I drive by there every couple days. I wish they would remove these junk filled vehicles.
