Description

I know this is not City of Vallejo right-of-way, but these streetlights have been off for about three months. I will submit a request to Caltrans, but please follow up with them. If a crash occurs, the City will be partly at fault for knowing about the situation and not doing anything. I have seen this before. Please do not give the excuse that you do not have staff available. I will be contacting City Council in two weeks if I do not see action. Thank you.

Q. To expedite repair, please provide the pole identification # if possible. Otherwise, please provide the street address of the home or building BEHIND the street light.
A. All in Caltrans right-of-way including the pole closest to the Admiral Callaghan interection.
