J. "SAYAN" in blue spraypaint on the "for lease" sign in front of the property. NOTE: I have reported this vandal on 10 or so previous occasions. After being dormant for a number of months, he is obviously back at it. Please make sure the police know about this criminal so they can stop him for good.
