I live on this street and I push a stroller up and down the street multiple times a day. I have to either cross the street or step out into the street to get around this van. They easily have 6 feet between the front of their van and their garage but refuse to pull it forward so the sidewalk is clear. This is also an ADA violation and I will report it if he refuses to clear the sidewalk.
