Hello and thanks for reporting! Our department has been aware of this water for over a year now. It is not potable city water-- it originates from an artesian aquifer underneath the church on the corner of Amador and Alabama street. The church has been meaning to divert this groundwater to water their outdoor landscape for some time now.
