A. There is some new graffiti on the wall in front of 126 or 128 Carolina Street Vallejo, CA 94590. I'm not too sure about the address because it is an abandoned lot. It is right next door to 134 Carolina Street Vallejo, on the left. It's dimensions are about 2 feet by 2 feet.
