It seems that people have gotten the idea that this street is where you come to do your dumping.

This is the case this morning, attached are pictures of what happened last night.

It is not a one time problem, it is an almost daily problem. The every day trash form Kaiser employees taking their lunch here is one thing, but we frequently find full hefty bags of garbage, bags of soiled clothing spread across the street, abandoned cars, and multiple times, old furniture.

Of course we want the dumped furniture hauled away as soon as possible, but we are wondering if we can find a more permanent solution to the dumping problem - no kidding it is almost everyday, but we cannot move some of the bigger items like sofas.

Certainly fixing the street lights would go a long way - the street is pitch black at night.

I am also starting to see drug dealing activity on the corner and abandoned (probably stolen) cars on this corner.

Anything I can do to help, I would be glad to, but right now we need the current dumping issue taken care of and some kind of plan to stop the frequent dumping on this street.
