Thanks for reporting! This issue is not under the jurisdiction of Vallejo Public Works, and should be addressed by Caltrans. We have forwarded your issue to them. I wasn't referring to the stop light not working properly. I was referring to the graffiti on the side of the overpass. Please take a closer look at the photo. But thank you for forwarding the issue with the stop light. They have been out of commission over three years. 😕

The stoplight is purposefully programmed to be on flash. The overpass is state property and under CalTrans jurisdiction.
