Board missing from barrier to cement drainage ditch. This allows individuals to more easily enter behind homes on Clearpointe up to Outrigger. Could use sign posted on wooden barrier that says "Authorized Personnel Only" or something similar to indicate that this is NOT open space for the public. Too many people in the past have use this "trail" to case homes for burglaries. There is a sign on a post to the right, but very hard to see, I believe.
