I have walked that area and it is even hard to walk with those very deep ruts. This street should be on the early repair list.

From my long history of complaints and responses like that above, I can assure you that Branciforte Street is on the list for urgent repair -- and it has been for the last 20 years!

I believe it has not been acknowledged yet.
