They have been using Alleyway as dump. Overland Alley has construction debris stacked chest high along their back fence. I have personally seen them add to the stack.
Has been there for over 3 weeks. I waited to report assuming they would make a weekend dump run. They seem to have no intention of removing, they just keep adding to it.
