Sandbag use flooding accessible parking. Not sure if this goes to Park or Sewer. Sandbags placed are flooding the only accessible parking and SAFE entry by wheelchair into the park. I park here every morning for tai chi practice and take my wheelchair out of the trunk. I can't do that if you have flooded the area. Please correct or claim sandbags (because I'll move them!)
