Description
The entire (I gave 132 because it's pretty much in the middle) lower block of Packard Alley between Louisiana and Alabama Streets, and the once lovely mini-wetland park, facing Mare Island Road is once again filled with trash. I enclose pictures of:
* Domestic trash and "recycling" dumped on both sides of the Alley, behind 132 Louisiana,
* Furniture dumped behind 124 Louisiana, and
* The mini-park at the west end of the north side of the 100 block of Louisiana which has one pile of tree trimmings, another of yard waste mixed with domestic trash sacks, and the entire surface -- now stripped of ground cover by trucks both dumping and removing previous dumps -- littered with varieties of litter, trash and plant debris left from generations of incompletely cleared dumping at this site.
