This was a previously reported issue and has not be resolved.
The dumped trash is now being strewn all over the alley (Packard Alley @ Calaveras Street. It's become a huge mess. These bags of trash were originally left in the middle of the street on Calaveras.
Neighbors removed it from the street and placed it in the alley several feet from Calaveras. PLEASE come take care of it before the trash travels further and further.
