This is at the measure B garden. It is not being maintained.It is a disgrace.That "free " money came from had earned tax money. If the people who were lucky enough to get the funds,then they should make it look great !! Sonoma already look seedy , tax money should not be spent to make it look worse. Make the participants keep it up or get rid of them
