I am reporting this anyway on this site because the link that you provide, http://66.161.26.67/GovSite/default.asp?serviceID1=609&Frame=L1
does not seem to work. The abandoned car is an Acura PZE coupe, California license 3PQV353, black in color, year uncertain, located on York Street, 500 block, near the southeast corner of York St. and Sonoma Blvd.
