There are people living in this trailer I drove by this morning at 4:15 a.m. and the light was on in the upper portion near the front. This afternoon as I was returning home from work I saw a white male exit the trailer and they have it appearing to be as though it's broken down but I believe there's an extension cord running to the house from the trailer

This trailer also does not have a license plate or tags.

Please encourage owner to follow the law.
