Its the Walmart bus...,
Tow it away it’s registration is not current along with other vehicle code violations.
It’s not street legal.
Get with it VPD tow this thing and enforce the rules of the road

Hard to believe that thing is still on the road, that we still let it be on the road, ridiculous, no registration, full of garbage, leaves their garbage behind, parks where ever they want, etc. etc.
How many years is that thing been tooling around our town? So I either have to assume that law-enforcement doesn’t care when they encounter them or that they’ve never seen a police officer & a police officers never seen them.

Check for current registration, if expired tow away, if registration but not insured, cite. Move them along.

This is a huge blight in Vallejo.

So I have to believe that no police officer has ever encountered this vehicle or seen it.
Wouldn’t be the first time it’s been reported over the years.

Please deal with this Bus/RV. I keep seeing it around town and on many SCF issues. Cleaning up after they trash our town is not a solution.

So was this bus towed or allowed to escape to another location to cause the same problems?
Was the bus picture just re used here?

I have had dialogue with CSS about this “bus”, they have impounded it at least 3 times when found inoperable and the owner gets it out and repaired...,,
According to CSS the registration is current but the tags have been “stolen”.
So get used to seeing it unless someone gets photo evidence of illegal dumping in progress. They are trying but are stymied by “due process” and lack of resources.

Residents of this city are fed up with seeing this bus around town. It is a blight and they dump biohazards into storm drains.
This vehicle needs to be impounded and crushed.
No more paying of having “homeless advocates” help get it out.
This is a public nuisance and health risk.
We demand a permanent solution, not a repeat over and over.
