I believe is a protected wetland area.
This is one area where the annual coastal clean up picks up trash. I participated in coastal clean up in Highschool, young people exposed to this filth, human feces and needles just trying to beautify the city and these filthy bums come along and trash it with no regard to nature or the community. No self respect and no consequences, just trash one area and when it gets to bad or they get rousted, just move on to another area and repeat the same thing.

The camper was warned today and asked to leave.
