Daisy Villanueva's long-neglected, burned-out house on the NW corner of York and Sutter streets now has a new bunch of squatters. Check out the photo showing the laundry line set up there. Villanueva's property is a constant source of problems. She won't do anything about it unless the city forces her into taking care of this mess. Help!

Burned out a year ago, and the neighbors have to look at this blight. Your abandoned property fees at work. Nothing done proactive, Code Enforcement always must be prodded by citizens reporting before any response. (maybe)
