Traffic Engineering has logged the complaint and will investigate the segment for potential stop sign locations. If any intersections meet stop sign warrants, work orders will be submitted to have the stop signs installed.
Just repairing the street would help. There is one place close where S. Regatta meets N. Regatta in the middle of the road it leaks water. On perfectly dry days that area in the middle of the road is wet. It is close to the entrance to the State Park.
Thanks for also reporting the speeding.
Adding stop signs alone will not solve speeding on S. Regatta. There needs to be a credible threat of enforcement. Speeders on N. Regatta routinely run the existing stop signs.
