can't use sidewalk because bushes are to overgrown. hazard for neighborhood. please clean it or make home owner clean it. please do something, the neighborhood is tired of this problem. it has been reported and reported and nothing has been done. please address this issue. charge the homeowner of you have to send a city crew out.
