City owned fence vandalize , homeless uses for shortcut to drug activity and prostitution . City owned fence has been vandalized for 3 months now . I think the solution is to put some type of metal fence or some type of high barrier , to slow the drug traffic and prostitution activity down in this area . When will the city man up and fix this problem ?
