Are you kidding me! I have bben reporting the illegal dumpings along broadway from lewis brown dr. to mini off and on for 3 to 4 years and this finally takes the cake! The city shows up and instead of picking up the trash and clearing the overgrown vegetation, they MOW right over it and make the mess twofold! Who is running this division that they let this happen. Not only did they make matters worse, they stopped way short of completing the job, not to mention that directly across the street from where they where working is a massive homeless encampment with a bicycle disassembly line going on. I reported the homeless camp a few days ago when one of the "citizens" was urinating in plain view of anyone driving by. Good old Vallejo on top of it as usual, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
