If this isnt addressed NOW it will turn into another homeless commune! This area was just cleaned up in the last three weeks. If left unchecked it will grow to the filth it was before. Stop it now COV or it will grow! How many times must the property owner be told to maintain their property? Dont tell me it takes time to evict them, this area is constantly being used as a homeless area and the owners are being given to much leway!
