Thank you for reporting! Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District crews have checked this location twice. It is not sewage, it is fresh water. It appears to be either a leak in the irrigation system or in a water pipe. The irrigation system is the responsibility of the property owner, and the public water lines are the jurisdiction of the City of Vallejo Water Department.
