Two tires were dumped at the curb on the Ohio side of 324 Trinity Street. I was told by Vallejo Garbage that these are considered hazmat material and pose a risk since they leach toxins into the soil & water. They need to be picked up ASAP - there is a storm drain within 50 feet of the location where they were dumped.
