At night, street light lamp repeatedly stays on for a few minutes, suddenly goes out for a couple of minutes, then gradually comes back on again and repeats the cycle. Being that these street lights are hundreds of feet apart, this area is pretty dark when the street light is out and creates safety hazard/security concern for those taking walks or walking their dogs in the evenings.
