This pothole has been covered with asphalt before (I believe more than once), but it has unmangled itself again and it's bigger than before.

Someone dumped this large white refrigerator in the middle of Packard alleyway. We reported it the VPD as it was blocking alleyway, but haven't seen any movement from them on this yet. We moved it to the side.

The cart is shoved into the bushes, but still visible.
