I drove down 5th street from lemon st to solano today and have never witnessed so much garbage on the street and gutter in my years of living in Vallejo. What a disgrace! What has this city become? Homeless camps everywhere, garbage everywhere, and getting worse by the day!More money is being spent on worthless projects in this town than what it should be applied too. Totally frustrated with the people who run this town who seem not to give a rats arse!

This homeless camp was reported over a month ago and has compounded into at least three more added to it since the initial reporting. These "people" who have no regards for the law have made this area a dumping ground from their waste. The COV just cant seem to hold this property owner responsible for its property. These people have been seen defecating out in the field and throwing their garbage everywhere. This area is considered tidal area and their encampment has infringed on the wildlife. This is disgusting! How many times must this be reported before you will do something COV??????

This area of trees off broadway, just due north of the old food 4 less is a magnet for homeless camps. This area is getting bigger by the day, garbage is starting to compound. It will not be long before the camps will start up in the eucalyptus trees across the street. This camp was dissolved a few months ago, but has sprung up again. Please stop now before it gets any bigger. Whack a Mole is on the rise all over Vallejo as the city evicts these "people". Im being nice Deej!!!!!!!!

I have reported this sight over a month ago. This property was cleaned up on the north end but a few squatters have evaded the radar! This sight was once one tent now there are two. If this isnt dealt with soon it will compound into what is happening over in the old Kmart parking lot. Stop it now COV!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This sight has been given alot of attention. The COV should clearly see that this is not welcomed here or anywhere else in this town! As the picture depicts, a clearly visible NO TRESPASSING sign along with the penalty involved if caught doing so. The sign obviously means nothing to the trespassers , the city, or the owner of the property! So we the taxpaying citizens are left looking at this blight and have to endure these peoples filthy ways and the blight they have created! I pay my taxes, bills, shop here and this is what i and everyone else against this blight get in return? If you have a bleeding heart towards these people, by all means move them in with you!

This is out of control!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are ILLEGALY camping, trespassing, loitering, littering and numerous other laws that are being broken in plain view of the police! Why are they being allowed to break the law? Have we become a town where some laws are obeyed and some are not? Sure seems that way!!!!!!!!!!!The property owner should be held accountable for this property! The COV needs to step up and start enforcing the LAW!!!! This is despicable!!!!!!! They have torn down the chain link fence, thrown garbage everywhere, pitched their tents where they want and nothing is being done! Wake up COV this is what people see when they come into Vallejo!!!!!!! Ranked 222nd and you wonder why!!!!!!!!!!

This area seems to be a magnet for illegal dumping and squatters. What makes it bad is i confronted a man who seems to be hired by self service furniture and lives in his truck on the property after the gates are closed watches the grounds. He told me its a ongoing problem! This homeless camp keeps popping up! The owner of this property needs to fence off their property to keep this problem from reoccurring! I have been reporting this sight off and on for over a year! They clean it up, two weeks later their back!!!!!!!

This vacant lot has become homeless commune! Garbage is starting to pile up, people seen defecating in plain of the public, unregistered vehicles, loitering, trespassing, illegal camping and so on! When will the city wake up and start enforcing the laws on the books? We the taxpaying citizens deserve better than this!

This has to be the most disgusting homeless COMMUNE that i have ever seen! Garbage everywhere, homeless camps, filth , people defacting in plain view of the shoppers at Smart and final, and NOTHING is being done about it. The homeless constantly harass the shoppers as they are going into the store, loitering around the parking lot looking in cars, yelling at people and all of this being against the law! The city will do nothing about the 20 plus homeless camps on this property or for that matter anywhere else in Vallejo also! Drive down Sonoma Blvd from HWY 29 and look at the filth you encounter as enter Vallejo, despicable! This is what people see when they come here, homeless camps, garbage, filth everywhere, and you wonder why we have the distinct ranking of 222nd on the worst place to raise a family! I blame the past and current city council for this problem!

This is the same tent and squatter i reported 2 months ago. The squatter was ousted and now their back with their garbage. Trespassing, littering, loitering, illegal camping and many more broken laws! The tent is located in the south east corner of the marshy area just off sereno behind self service furniture store. If this camp isnt dismantled soon it will become a full blown commune!

The address is wrong, its on broadway behind the old food 4 less and just due north of food 4 less. There are 2 homeless camps, once again they have set up in the eucalyptus trees and the garbage is starting to compound! The second camp is in the field in the bushes where other camps have set up before. The current TRESPASSERS have torn the fence down again to gain access to the field. Both these camps will compound if not immediately dealt with! Oh, and the garbage is starting to build up again along broadway from lewis brown drive to mini drive. While your "investigaing" these 2 camps look also at the filth and garbage the homeless camps have done on the east side of broadway almost to mini drive!

I have reported this section of railroad tracks and its garbage going on 5 months! These tracks and the railroad tracks from broadway all the way to Mare Island belong to the COV! This section in particular i keep reporting but get no answer! Why are you not cleaning up YOUR property?

Here we go again! Same property i have been reporting over 9 MONTHS, reported the abandoned van in the field yesterday and today in the same field just due south in behind self service furniture we have piles of garbage starting to appear again. Why isnt the owner being held responsible for this property? They put up gates in the furniture parking lot but this isnt working. The owner needs to put up a permanent fence to deter these acts, but it seems the owner could care less since their from Los Altos Calif! When is this going to get your attention COV? Maybe another 9 months of reporting, i see the van is still there and their having a barbecue as i wright this! OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again! Abandoned vehicle pulled into the marshy field and started a homeless camp! I have been reporting this area for up to 9 months and it finally looked like it was being cleaned up and it starts all over again! No-one seems to care ! All it takes is this vehicle and camp and it will compound again into a massive homeless camp! The property owner needs to fence off the whole area just like they did at the old Wal Mart parking lot! Lets see how long before the COV corrects this issue. No need to investigate the pictures tell the story!

Her we go again! 777sereno dr garbage in the back south east corner, homeless encampment RV, garbage everywhere, the COVs property, the railroad tracks not cleaned, been reporting this for five MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is the city not holding these property owners responsible? You people down at the city are NOT doing your JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How long will it take you this time to get this area cleaned up? 1 month 2? What a joke!

Why are not the streets of Vallejo being swept? Does the city not have street sweepers that work anymore or have they given up on that too! Streets and gutters are filthy from lack of a maintenance program, garbage everywhere you look, homeless camps compounding everyday, and the city has noa answer to the problem but to let it go! Why didnt the city years back let the San and Flood dept take over the street sweeping duties when it came up as to who was going to do it! The way its going now i think the San and Flood would have been a better choice! Our streets havent been cleaned in months! I do notice the street sweeper seems to work down at city hall though! Another entity not working down at the COV, right along with the click fix program! This town has turned into a dumping ground with no end in sight! BUMSVILLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reported this homeless camp back on 9/25/2018 and the garbage that lined broadway from lewis brown all the way to mini drive. The garbage has just been cleaned up after many months of reporting the homeless camp moved ouy of the eucalyptus trees so the people cleaning could clean up their filth only to move back in and start the garbage filth living over again! The trash is already starting to show up and its only been 2 days since they finished cleaning up broadway! This is getting old having to report these situations only to have the city ignore them for months as they compound into more camps garbage filth and everything that goes with these homeless bums. The system is broken and you,COV, have know answer, and it shows as this city is being overrun with these hoards of bums! Breaking at least 5 laws and the city does absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!

I reported this sight which is on Broadway not sonoma blvd back on 9/25/2018. The garbage has been cleaned up from lewis brown to mini on the side of the road. As soon as they where done cleaning the garbage in the eucalyptus trees, this homeless camp reappeared and started throwing garbage, loitering and trespassing all over again! Like i said i reported this homeless camp on 9/25/2018! Here we go again, months before anything will be done! More camps will surface, more garbage will take over thew area and the "wack-a- mole game will begin again!
