Description
About a 30 foot section of sidewalk on southbound Branciforte St, near the corner with Ohio St, has multiple trip hazards. Sections of the sidewalk were once patched, but those patches are now insufficient. The sidewalk is adjacent to an empty lot corner lot. I believe the address of the lot is 247 Ohio St.
