19852E1, Nissan truck silver. Reported in the past, but was deemed unfounded due to the vehicle was in the 400blk instead of the 350blk of Locust Dr. Parked at this location over one month and now the rear right tire has been removed and left on the tire jack. Very dangerous due to the downhill angle and children from the neighborhood walking by.
