Description

2 concerns for this location.
1) the unsafe, lifted bricks under & around the trees that are again a trip/fall hazard for everyone, not to mention seniors or those using disability devices. This should be considered to be replaced with a smooth concrete surface.
2) the playground equipment is old, rusty and feels unsafe. Due to the nature of being partially hidden from sight, the area behind the grassy hill/behind the buildings has been known to have used condoms there.

I live 5 houses away on Elliott Drive and watched this being built 30+ years ago, and it has never been upgraded. Please consider.
