Around 5:40pm April 10 a group of men in mostly suvs drove their vehicles in and out of carpathia park near the basketball court
In recent days there have also been cars speeding through the parking lot even though children and families bike and walk through the parking lot
The drivers may not feel the ‘get too close’ but they don’t have the judgement to drive safely
They should pay for a track or off roading experience and not endanger residents
They come and go randomly usually at the end of the day
