The tree seen from the public foot path.

The fence bent from the tree leaning on it and gate which can't open or close. It's getting worse month by month.

The existence of the tree is fine. Shade is good and it's not in the way of the foot path. It's only the one trunk that's leaning more and more on the fence which needs to be cut.
