This is so sad. The homeless are everywhere in this city. I know city council is working on the navigation center, but can't something be done now? Who owns the old K-Mart property at Sonoma and Redwood? Seems the city could rent that and temporarily house the homeless there. When they are in our neighborhoods, it does bad things for our morale. I feel for most of the people who lost it all and are doing the best they can to support themselves, but something is not right. Yes, there are a few perpetual homeless that won't take services, but most of them want to get back on their feet and we should do all we can.
